Combina leggende per colori e forme in un'unica legenda (2)

Sto creando una trama in ggplot da un disegno di studio 2 x 2 e vorrei usare 2 colori e 2 simboli per classificare le mie 4 diverse combinazioni di trattamento. Attualmente ho 2 legende, una per i colori e una per le due forme. Come posso combinarli in un'unica legenda, quindi ho un cerchio blu, un cerchio rosso, un triangolo blu e un triangolo letto?
